Dr. Joos is the BEST! Everyone from the front office to the back is friendly and professional. I was recommended to Dr. Joos for a repeat infection in my eye due to a clogged tear duct that left me with a constant watery eye for years. Dr. Joos completed a DCR surgery and I have had no issues since. I healed quickly and you can’t even see a scar. I am very thankful for Dr. Joos and his entire team!!
It's been a little over 1 year since my upper blepharoplasty was done and I couldn't be more happier with the results. I don't know why I waited so long to do it. Dr Joos is the best, he is professional, kind and very thorough about his work. I am looking forward to going back to do my lower lids as soon as I can. I feel refreshed and no longer look tired. If I could give Dr Joos more than 5 stars I would!
From the first consultation to the finished product I can not say enough about this Business. The front end staff to the surgical team was very knowledgeable, Professional and caring to all of my questions and concerns. The DR was very personable and informative . Dr. Joos, his staff, and all the staff at Overlake Surgery Center, made an uncomfortable day as comfortable as it could possibly be. I had 2/3 of my eyelid removed 5 years ago due to cancer and Dr. Joos was able to clean up the previous scar, remove the eyelashes that were poking in and scratching my retina, and remove the excess skin that was left from the first surgery and beginning to affect my vision.
