It's been a little over 1 year since my upper blepharoplasty was done and I couldn't be more happier with the results. I don't know why I waited so long to do it. Dr Joos is the best, he is professional, kind and very thorough about his work. I am looking forward to going back to do my lower lids as soon as I can. I feel refreshed and no longer look tired. If I could give Dr Joos more than 5 stars I would!
From the first consultation to the finished product I can not say enough about this Business. The front end staff to the surgical team was very knowledgeable, Professional and caring to all of my questions and concerns. The DR was very personable and informative . I highly recommend this team for any of your surgical needs!
I am so thrilled with my blepharoplasty surgery that Dr. Joss did for me. Dr Joss and his staff are wonderful. They’re kind compassionate and extremely skilled at what they do I would highly recommend this office for this procedure or any other ocular facial issues you may have.
Dr. Joos, his staff, and all the staff at Overlake Surgery Center, made an uncomfortable day as comfortable as it could possibly be. I had 2/3 of my eyelid removed 5 years ago due to cancer and Dr. Joos was able to clean up the previous scar, remove the eyelashes that were poking in and scratching my retina, and remove the excess skin that was left from the first surgery and beginning to affect my vision. PSA: Extremely questionable billing practices. Check whether they are in your network or in your EXTENDED network. Those are different and determine how you are billed. While our experience with Dr. Joos was great, the office misrepresented that they were in network with clarifying that they were actually in the extended network. This led to my family having to cover 2/3rd the cost of the visit. Since they are in the extended network, we can’t claim surprise billing. So it’s a lose-lose situation for us.
