Friendly staff, great officeI am so glad to have a place that has staff that seem to care about the patients. Jordan Agnew is excellent she makes sure she explains everything to you and goes over your options with you an awesome OB/GYN. Thank you so much .
Lack of lobby checks. My wife and I have been waiting about 40mins in the lobby. A staff member pops her head out the door but doesn't say anything and goes back in. I understand if they're busy but a simple "we will be right with you" goes a long way in calming a new patient.
Rude and uncaring receptionist she needs to be fired and she’s going in a jar for the way I was treated today. She also seemed to be under the influence of something.
Starting coming here since they open. Have had an amazing experience. From the doctors to the M.A and front office staff they’re always friendly and helpful. From my pregnancy appt to now postpartum it’s been a dream going with them. My most recent appt I got an iud and my first experience (with another doctor) was hell & painful. This time around they made sure I felt safe & tried to help with pain management as much as they could. I don’t feel a thing & I’m so happy with all my experiences with them.
Awesome place never in lobby waiting long. Never sitting in rooms waiting long. They always have the answers to any questions. There nice and polite. They are the best. Every visit I've had has been one hundred percent Awesome they always give there all and go out da way to make sure I'm comfortable. This location rocks.
