I originally left a great review. I'm leaving this one for safety reasons. I go to school to be a doctor. My major is Neuobiology. I have straight As. Based on my experience here I am genuinely worried that someone might not know better. That is super dangerous. I won't mention the names but in case it happens to you, know what to look for. I went for a follow up & I started a UTI that morning. I had to go 5 days with a UTI! This review has nothing to do with Jordan. She is a wonderful provider and truly cares for her patient's well-being. That being said... good luck trying to get an appointment. You can only schedule an appointment by calling them and they never answer the phone. When they do answer the phone it is only to pick up so the phone stops ringing. They'll then just end the call on you.
UPDATE 6/30/26: Impossible to reach billing. When I was first scheduled, I verified my insurance was accepted and in-network. Turns out this provider is out-of-network so instead of paying my $50 copay, I was billed $190 each visit. I was also billed for services I didn't receive. While I really liked my provider, I won't return due to this. Jordan Agnew is the best! Literally a life saver! I came in from my primary and she even noticed things that were missing on her own. I would recommend her to anyone. Especially the LBGTQ community. You will always get everything that you need. Which is harder to find these days than you would think. I go to school to be a doctor and I've still had a hard time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very best!
