I had a disappointing experience at this clinic due to the overall approach to patient care. I found the staff to be pushy, with poor bedside manner. Specifically, Jessica Utech, PA, told me I had prenatal diabetes before any testing was done—simply because I expressed hesitation about consuming the glucose solution typically used for screening. They never answer the phone and when they do they just click instead of saying anything.
I do not recommend this location for appointments later than 2 pm, especially on Fridays if you or your partner have a work schedule. This clinic has canceled on us multiple times and will push you to reschedule for earlier times, typically before 1:30 pm. Despite arriving early, we still end up waiting. The receptionist is rude and unwelcoming, and the overall environment feels unprofessional.
