The nurses, especially the Russian-speaking one, were very passive-aggressive and rude. I had to wait many hours before my appointment, which made the whole experience frustrating.

Marina Kuperman is hands down the best provider I’ve seen in my four years in the city. She is super thorough with my exam, takes all of my concerns seriously, and her bedside manner is so sweet and fun. I started seeing her at her old Park Slope practice, and when she moved to Bay Ridge, I tried seeing many other doctors closer to home and ultimately decided that it makes more sense to travel an hour out to Bay Ridge to get the level of care that she provides. I cannot praise Dr. Kuperman and her staff enough! From the warm welcome from Urma at the front desk, quick vital checks and ultimately a compassionate visit with Dr. Kuperman, I cannot stress how professional, kind and thorough my time was. If you’ve struggled truly connecting and vibing with a PCP in New York then come here. Everyone who works there is so nice and Kuperman did not push birth control onto me when I talk about possible hormonal issues. She actually listened to me. So glad I found this place!
