My husband just spent 6 weeks in 3 different hospitals after an open heart surgery to replace a valve and have a triple bypass. He called Marina this morning to get info on oxygen and said he couldn't get to his wallet to give her his Medicare info (he'd not even SEEN his wallet for 6 weeks) and she went OFF on him, accused him of refusing to provide her the information and complained that she had to look him up! We do business with Marina Home Health and they have always been stand up guys and gals. They respond to messages quickly and thoroughly and they really seem to have a great understanding of how to help people in their homes by providing quality medical equipment and showing them how to use it.
I would recommend going anywhere else for medical supplies. The customer service rep will not answer or return my phone calls. I could not get a hold of anyone in the company besides billing who sent me straight to customer service where no one picked up the phone or called back. Incredibly unprofessional. do not waste your time or money on this business.
