Dunworkin Professional and caring describe the staff at Marina Hills Animal Hospital. The on-site technology is very efficient and Dr. Simon has never failed to promptly contact me with test results...for better or for worse. I wish my doctors were as competent. This staff has cared for five of my very best friends and will continue to be there for us.
3 THUMBS DOWN - STAY AWAY!!!! The vet tech "Wendy" was extremly rude, cold, uncompassionate, unprofesional and should NEVER be allowed to work at a veterinary facilitly!!!. Dr. Simon is aware of this but apparently is not too concerned as she has worked there for some time... Other pet owners who had taken their animals to the clinic, no longer do becasue of her, as well as other bad experiences they have had with the hospital.
I've been taking my dog to this vet for over 15 years - Sadly, it is now time to put her down. There have obviously been some staff changes and when calling to find out what the euthanasia would entail for my girl and asking about cost - the front office staff was void of any compassion, would not give me the rate(s) over the phone and scheduled her trip to the rainbow bridge with the same tone as a "first visit" for a puppy. Eventually, I will get another dog but I won't be bringing her here.
Recommendedas a first time patient I was very impressed with how warm and caring everyone was, especially with the odd protocols required by the pandemic. Normally would be very anxious not to be in the exam room with the vet and my dog, but they made that much easier than I expected.

They go above and beyond to to ensure our pets are healthy and happy. I appreciate their follow up care calls. They are so professional and you will always have great peace of mind when you leave from your appointment.
They were very kind to Lucy as she is sick right now. I feel very confident that she will be in good hands with Dr. Simon and I see there is a true caring for animals in this hospital. And I have been to a few where I did not feel that sort of vibe at all.
