This is a very nice area of tempe. Lots of really cool buildings and right next to the lake. The architecture and design of some of these buildings is a bit different but is very interesting and modern. There's also a great amount of transportation through here and the buses and streetcar run very frequently.
This is a business center with multiple businesses on site. The outside was clean with no trash scattered around and the inside was extremely clean.
