I love the whole ambiance of the place at Marina heights. Very comfortable. They've got a little waterfall. It's nice and quiet. They've got a pool cord. I was there for my new doctor and I was able to relax and eat at a food truck outside for lunch prior to my surgery. I felt welcome and I definitely felt cared for by everybody in that community
Cool buildings to work in. The site is always clean and well maintained with great on-site amenities such as restaurants and a gym! My 1 complaint... the bike parking is one million percent an after thought which makes arriving by bike a chore which could be preferable to the horrible traffic on Rio. To get to the secure bike parking you only really have 2 options. 1) You can shimmy through the southwest car gate and ride in a lane of car traffic at an already really chaotic point in the underground garage.
