The nurse assist is very rude, condescending and she doesn’t listen. She should not be the head nurse with such a nasty attitude. She should not be working with the public with that horrible attitude.

This doctors office will have an assistant ask you a series of questions over the phone without fully listening to the answers you give and will also call you with a prescription without you consulting with a doctor. Unbelievable. Unsafe. Unless you want some free pills and no actual help this is the place for for. I know she didn’t listen to my answers because the follow up questions made zero sense to my answer and if they did listen they would notice a lot of their questions made no sense in correlation to my answers.
