Staff was very helpful helping me with my I-693 paperwork! They made the process very easy and went out their way for me! I’ll recommend them to anyone!

This doctor used to be normal, but now every little thing requires an in-person visit aka a fee, when she herself doesn't show up half of the time, but the patients should waste half a day coming over. Can't get any even basic prescriptions from her even though she is my PCP. There is no point of primary doctor like this. There is a myriad of online clinics and travel clinics where everything is cheaper and streamlined, and it's done online as much as possible.
Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience. Showed up to her practice prior to work, and Dr.Gafanovich was an hour late. The office gave me no notice, just continued to have me sit in a room. Once the DR finally got there, she saw me for 3 minutes, and stated that usually my issues would be resolved with a gastro ( I was referred by a gastro). There was ZERO follow up, I did not even receive my bloodwork until I called to have it sent. I was only sent the bill! Would not go back, seemed like she had no time or care
