The med centre is under new management with new doctors. Saw Dr Venessa Tay (Aussie accent) and very happy with her. Currently pensioners with a health care card are bulk billed. I was told last year that's not on the website as it could change in the future (I don't know why they just can't keep the website up to date and edit when required). Wait time to be seen was 25 mins. Pathology on-site coming soon.

Worst medical centre I have ever had to deal with in my life. Neeliya Kumar has the most appalling bedside manner, intimidating, very dismissive, rude, abrupt, abrasive and obnoxious. She rolls her eyes and when asked why I’m being treated this way she told me to go elsewhere if I don’t like it. In a previous consult she made smart alec comments on my weight. I’m am shocked that her behaviour has no consequence…. What embarrassment to the centre!
every time i come here i wait hours for my appointment. the doctor is so slow and clearly they have no regard for people’s time. never get a sorry about the wait or anything. i will not be coming back
I recently moved to Coomera Waters and registered under the care of Dr Kumar. I have found Dr Kumar to be quite simply the best GP I have ever had. She has a wonderful "bedside manner" and I could not be happier.
