Very nice location with yachts parked along canal. Room was very comfortable with king size bed.

Luxury prices for the service of the cheapest motel. The website and the reality are completely different. Instead of a nice resort, you get bedbugs, roaches, and rooms that clearly aren’t cleaned properly. Even after specifically telling staff that there was a booger on the window and black spots on the wall, nothing was cleaned. The furniture is extremely outdated and honestly should have been replaced a long time ago. Staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful.
