Very old building with constant maintenance issues, it took months to replace my AC, still have the broken tiles in the kitchen they never replaced from 2014, parking is horrible if you have guests. Fitness center is far from well equipped, I had more equipment in my garage as a child. Bathrooms have zero ventilation so after taking a shower the walls stay wet, but there is a heat lamp from the 60's or 70's you can use to dry it out I suppose.
