We love it here! Blessed to call this home! Everyone is so kind, the HOA president and Vice President go above and beyond to make sure our community is well kept!
We absolutely love living here! We have the best HOA board for the neighborhood. Beautiful sunrises and peaceful sea creatures

I presently own a condo in Marina Point Cove and need to sell due to losing my husband and just too much for me to take care of. I am a paraplegic and have two service dogs for balance mobility. The association was so good to change done of their bi-logs to send a letter out to other resident’s of their provision’s and to ask everyone to assist me if they see me out walking my dogs.
