It's too bad about the staff at the hotel. The area is great, and the restaurants and amenities are really awesome. But the staff at the hotel are awful! Reception are very unfriendly and rude. We had a massage at 3pm, and asked to get our room 10 min before, and Reception said no there are no rooms ready. We had been waiting for 3 yours, and they were rude to customers before and after, apparently because it interrupted the staff visiting. We stayed here this summer with my brother and sister in law. We woke to find him on the couch because his bed was so noisy when he moved that he could not sleep. My sister in law slept upside down with her head at the foot because it was so uneven. My brother put the mattress on the floor and it was not so noisy. He slept like this for two nights!!!
