Honesty and integrity is not their policy. Employees clearly lied to us twice. One about the type of boat we would get, but also the fuel surcharge they hit us with. 10$ a gallon, 124$ fee and there was no way we used that much fuel on a 4 hour boat ride. Over 500$ for 4 hours. This alone made me never want to come back. Transparency, honesty and integrity are keys to any successful business. This place severely lacks all of the above. Great experience! I rented a 22 pontoon from the Marina July 2020. Fantastic experience. The boat was spotless and ready for us when we arrived. Newer model in excellent shape, clearly very well cared for. The guys helped us in and out of the marina, were professional and courteous. Overall, fantastic experience with the rental and staff.
