Nunca había tenido una experiencia tan desagradable y tan poco profesional. Ordene y pague al momento y cuando tocó el día el pastel no era lo que había ordenado ni porque le envié la foto. Tenían actitud y el dueño ni le importó el mal momento. Fui por recomendación pero de mi persona corre que nadie pase por lo mismo. It is extremely disappointing that although the cakes are good, the service is terrible. My pickup time was 3pm and the cake was still not ready at 4:30pm. As if that wasn’t enough, the staff was very rude. It’s not the first time this happens but after yesterday’s experience I will never return here or recommend to anyone.
