The staff a marina bay resort are always available to help when we ask them for anything or a question. The manager Tess she is always ready to assist with a bright smile to any questions or complains she always finds a solution to ensure that we have a memorable moment staying at the resort . At times I've seen her helping her staff making beds,sweeping,cleaning. I which every hotel have a manager like her
