Such a great stay at Marina Bay!! Clean rooms great staff price was very affordable and love the view of the marina from our balcony and the view from the pool!!!!
This place is horrible. They did not have the room I had requested on Expedia. Then they try to give me another room , and the keys did not work twice. The place is super sketchy and the rooms are horrible and smell like mold. They charged me for not staying.
Staff at Marina Bay was excellent and very accommodating when it came to our delayed travel plans and our need for extra linens. The room overlooking the bay was a nice view! Our only complaint is that the rooms a/c was not able to move enough air and the room/our clothes felt damp at all times. The resort is within walking distance of several little places to eat and shop! Overall, it served its purpose, and the staff was excellent!

We didn't even stay the night. My sister and I got there and saw a roach on the bed. We thought, "Well, one isn't bad." We left to go somewhere, came back, she lifted her computer bag and TONS of roaches ran out from under it! We were so grossed out. We called and left a message and never heard back from anyone. There isn't anyone on duty at the front desk several hours in the middle of the afternoon! We left, got a cleaner/better hotel. DO NOT GO HERE!
