The room I booked online was not the room I received. I was basically told too bad because they were booked. The free breakfast is on par with other hotels... powdered eggs and such. You only eat it because it's included, not because it actually tastes good. At first the room appeared clean and smelled fresh. However, the lighting was so terrible we had no way of knowing that it was far from the truth. The floors in our hotel room were disgusting. If we walked around barefoot our feet were black. I had a great experience at the Marina Bay Hotel restaurant. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere, and everything was clean and well organized. I especially enjoyed the quality of the meals and the beautiful waterfront view. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone staying at the hotel or visiting the area. I look forward to coming back!

First off the staff is amazing and attentive to their guests, Ellie was a true pleasure and so helpful for whatever was needed. The rooms, building and grounds are extremely well kept and clean. Beds were super comfortable. The bartender was very fast even with a full house, try the chicken wings, they were excellent. Suzy the front office Manager is great, had a few laughs with her while checking out, we will definately be back for sure. SEE YOU SOON Rick M.

I have never stayed at the Marina Bay, but have been there for Happy hour food. Very pleasant, good service and delicious wings!!
