Significant theft in his community. Seems like the criminal elements of Richmond know it's easy pickings here. If you don't keep it inside your house it will be gone.
Good place to live if you want your stuff stolen. Multiple thefts a month at this place. Vehicles, packages, bikes, mail, even pets, nothing and I mean nothing is safe here.
Beautiful place but very insecure for what the HOA charges. Multiple car break ins, bicycle and package thefts, mailbox thefts even a few outright stolen vehicles. The HOA lies to the owners about the security system working when it does not.
