I want to start by saying that my car ultimately looks great, and I appreciate that Marina Auto Body made things right in the end. The quality of the main body and paint work is solid, and they did follow through to resolve issues before final delivery. That said, the process was more stressful than it needed to be due to communication gaps and missed details. From the beginning, I clearly communicated that my vehicle had PPF.
