Hands down the best animal clinic! The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and explains every detail clearly, and the receptionists are so warm and compassionate. ❤️ It’s wild seeing people leave 1-star reviews when they’ve literally never set foot in the clinic or listened to basic intake procedures. Take my cue—you actually have to show up to experience how fantastic this team really is! I’ve been bringing my pets here for years, and it’s the best clinic hands down.❤️
I'm sorry, but I phoned to get an appointment for my Westie because I just moved to Toronto. No matter what I said, the receptionist couldn't seem to understand me and I had to repeat myself over and over. Then they wanted to transfer my 9-year-old dog's medical records before the appointment. I explained that I didn't know if I wanted them to be my dog's vet until I met the vet. I took my pet to a different place and I was told by other place that my pet need an operation. I took my pet to Marina Animal hospital for an second opinion. Ahter examined my pet I was relieved to know that my pet didn't need an operation. The staff and the doctor were so carering, knowledgeable abd helpful. The best place to take your pet.
