Dr.Andrianova is very professional, sympathetic and understanding of the problem and solving the problem quickly, with love for the patient. I found a wonderful Family Doctor, which I am always happy to see, thank you for your service!
Dr. Andrianova is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I went in for bloodwork I told her my other lab work i’ve gotten done 1 week before my visit was very alarming to me; she wouldn’t do it saying my insurance wouldn’t cover it for me to have bloodwork, I told her I would pay out of pocket. She still refused to do my bloodwork. Dr. Andrianova said very racist remarks like “ I’m not your slave I don’t have to do what you tell me to do”. She's a terrible doctor who doesn't understand her job! If there are side effects from the medicine she prescribed, then she does not want to discuss it with the patient, she simply says through her assistants that just stop taking it and does not prescribe anything in return and does not want to talk with the patient! This is unprofessional and rude to the patient! They also do the billing the way they want to get more money from insurance! Be careful and avoid such doctors!
This is worst experience I ever had, I would never recommend to visit this doctor , She is unprofessional and rude. I think she asked Google before give me prescription.
If you work until 4 or 5:00 during the week do not make appointments with this doctor. We have made several appointments after 4:30 or 5pm and almost every time she has had her front desk call to cancel. I can understand someone having an emergency but when every time you make an appointment it is cancelled it is very unprofessional and makes you feel like they don't care. And when you say anything or question them about it you are met with attitude and excuses.
