It was easy to make the appointment, the service was done when they said it would be and in a timely manner, and my questions were answered clearly.
Victoria was professional. The mechanic who changed the Temperature Control valve is incompetent. I’m lucky my engine doesn’t need to be replaced. My Subaru Outback had to be towed for a second time due the slippage of the hose strap that wasn’t adequately tightened. At 6am in the dark with 55 degree temperatures the lost antifreeze caused the temperature gage to rise to near overheating level. Mario was wonderful as always and got my car back to me in great time! He rocks! I love the fact you can bring dog food in for a bill reduction. Subaru puts their money where their mouth is!
Quick and friendly service by Eduardo. He even provided a road test before service to address a unique concern I had about my vehicle and was able to remedy the problem. Outstanding experience.
