We just had a fantastic experience. Special shout out to Hans Wagner, the associate who walked us through our purchase. My husband had been searching for a clean and reliable used car for our daughter for a couple of months, and stumbled upon one at Marin Subaru. My wife and I went to Marin Subaru in San Rafael to buy my new Ascent. Sammy, the sales person, assisted me in all phases with professionalism and clear communication, spending a lot of time explaining all the many features of the new car. Carrie in the financial office was efficient, friendly and clearly described the various options without pushing them (it ended out that I bought 3 of the options!). Don’t like leaving bad reviews but man these guys deserve one. Highway robbery even for a dealership. They quoted me 3,600 dollars for a windshield replacement and eyesight recalibration. Another Subaru dealership in the area quoted me at $1800 out the door. My insurance even refuses to reimburse here because this quote is so absurdly high.
The team at Marin Subaru were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I would purchase another vehicle from them and plan to do so in the future.
