I made an appointment for an estimate and when the guy never showed, I called him and he was on another job, never bothered to call me. Obviously doesn’t need the work, won’t try to use them again.
We had a decent sized job so I met Len and a good few of his team. All were polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They did an excellent job, and where complexities arose (through no fault of their own) Len was flexible and accommodating on both extra time and cost. 100% recommend.
