Dr. Marin does the bare minimum. He likes to talk about his patients conditions with the staff. unprofessional, but that is typical medical care here. Dr. Marin is in desperate need of a medical audit. From my experience he does not care about his patients, makes jokes at their expense.
Great office to start with always clean, staff very kind and the Dr. Is excellent very nice and professional over all the Dr. Explains everything so well and always looking for better alternatives for the good of the patient I give them all 5 stars

Shattered pelvis hip socket broke wrist tore rotator cuff doing tree work.Was sent from Hlgn to Brooke Army Med Ctr in San Ant. Put in traction to pull femur out of socket 5 days to rebuild pelvis etc. Transferred to Golden Palms rehab.Was discharged after couple weeks therapy.Don't know that he ever read med history or knew was moved to San Ant for 5 1/2 surgery. Pain intense. Wouldn't allow pain meds unless I went back to rehab [bribe] . Fired me,no not why. All treatment stopped. legal issue
Other physicians in Harlingen could not yet rid of my congested chest.....probably algeries. But with the corrected drugs he did it !! Very caring doctor and willing to talk.
Dr. Marin did not properly acknowledge any of my health concerns. I told him I constantly had a rapid resting heart rate, and he measured it and said it was fine. I told him I had been experiencing vertigo for the past five years and hearing loss and buzzing, and he said Well, I don't have an answer for that. I told him I had been experiencing fatigue daily for years, and he didn't even address it. He was a terrible, unknowledgeable doctor. He walked me out of his office without any answers.
