We had Mark out to fix a tricky issue with our pool equipment where some pipes feeding water to our heater had melted. Don Johnson service reps told us it would be impossible to fix as the pipes were too close to the wall without enough space to reach/fix them. Mark fixed the issue on the first visit out (reinstalled melted pipes with better routing) and programmed our pool to prevent the melting (higher flow to the heater, cool down period after heating).
