Horrible billing service, the bills arrive after the due date with a red stamp that says “PAST DUE” We pay by the 12th and they complain that we pay late! WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE POOL TECH, no complaints.
Charged my credit card without my permission for 2 invoices. Charged me twice for same invoice - rectified after contacting them 3 times.

Ollie has been super helpful to us as new pool owners with millions of questions about how to use and maintain the pool. He even went out of his way to come by on a holiday morning when the company is off to address some issues we were trying to resolve with the water levels. He was able to resourcefully find the equipment needed in our pool shed to help us regulate the levels! Thank you, Ollie!
