I got a charge they didn't call to ask me but five months later they charged me. Not even sure that is legal without getting any emails or calls. I just don't think that is professional.
During the recent “bomb cyclone” my outdoor sump pump failed, and my pool began to overflow. Within an hour or two of calling them, Marin Pool was at my home, pumping water out of the pool and getting a broken sump pump working again, averting a disaster. Over the course of the next week, Bruce kept in touch via text and came to the house several times to add the appropriate chemicals to the pool, which had become completely murky and overloaded with debris. Do not use this company. This company does not know what they are talking about regarding pools and pumps. They do not know how to install pumps correctly and the wiring. They do not know how to bill, so watch your invoices. They use old pipes to replace other pipes. Do not use this company. Just use townley they are more knowlegable and that is what we will do moving forward.
