Charged my credit card without my permission for 2 invoices. Charged me twice for same invoice - rectified after contacting them 3 times.
Did not diagnose problem on first visit which required multiple service calls. Charged me twice for same invoice. Charged my credit card without my permission. Did not provide warranty information for new equipment installed. They were responsive during repairs but poor communication after.
Ollie has been super helpful to us as new pool owners with millions of questions about how to use and maintain the pool. He even went out of his way to come by on a holiday morning when the company is off to address some issues we were trying to resolve with the water levels. He was able to resourcefully find the equipment needed in our pool shed to help us regulate the levels! Thank you, Ollie!
Very responsive and courteous technicians
Mike and the team at Marin Pool Service solved my problem - a broken down circulation pump- and Mike walked me through each step of the diagnostic process and fix. Great service. Hot tub is up and running once again! Thanks!
