I arrived yesterday at 5:22pm after I had received my paperwork from Urgent Care Mill Valley. When I arrived at the Marin Outpatient Imaging it was closed, door locked. I knocked on the door several times until a male came to the door. He claimed they close at 5:15pm to which I said "that is untrue, you close at 5:30pm." I was experiencing sharp pain in my right knee and am very unstable requiring the use of crutches. I was very upset I couldn't get the X-rays done so I can discuss options with my orthopedic doctor.
