The posted hours on their website/google etc are inaccurate. You can’t get to a human to confirm their hours. It took 7 calls to get transferred through 2 supervisors in other departments to look up the holiday hours. These hours are dictated a year in advance. There is no reason they aren’t posted on the website. The imaging staff here have always done a great job and are very personable. The reception staff, not so much. Very rude person asking for the correct code as my doctor had sent wrong codes. I had to sort it out - by calling them myself. she was very dismissive, unsympathetic and unhelpful and let other people who came in after me go ahead after fax had been sent the fax without letting me know. She was just nasty. The 2 people on reception were pleasant though. I'm still waiting to get my X ray an hour and a half after my arrival.
Easy iPad checkin, minimal wait and technician was delightful! Professional, thoughtful and very efficient.
