I haven't even been in to see a doctor yet and I'm already so disappointed in this office. Around the holidays, I had a sonogram which revealed a kidney tumor. When I called to schedule an appointment, the soonest available was 4 months out. I took it, worried and desperate for literally anything I could get. Hello I will not recommend you to vist this place...I had very bad experience.. My doctor referl me to this place and I was drying for pain..I told theam my condition they said Dr review your paper work and he said it's not emergency so he can see you in few month's who was I spoke the front recpection she was so rude person..I asked her can you please make a copy for my referl she deny do give me copy! She treat me so unprofessional..this is my experience about this place. I don't recommend to anyone this place...
You would think that during a time of COVID-19 and the risks associated with kidneys, that this doctor may be able to address any possible implications in a more professional and knowledgable way. I called in because I was concerned about my husband contracting COVID-19 and I was shocked to get a response such as "everyone should be concerned with their organs when they get sick." Um, really?
