Dr Sperling was the cardiologist on duty the night I needed life-saving emergency surgery to clear out the blockage and place two stints inside my LAD artery. The operation was a beautiful success and the follow-up care in the two years since extremely thorough, readily adjusting medications as needed to minimize side effects and adjust to the success of my diet against the known risk factors for CAD.
