Marin bicycles sit at the Q point of optimized price and quality. I have a San Rafael Dual Sport (DS), a hybrid. The DS is as durable as any mountain bike I've owned, and faster than any mass-produced road bike you might find at a chain retail store. I don't feel any bumps transitioning from sidewalk to grass. For under $800, the DS is a steal. It also makes a cool whirring/humming noise.
Never will I ever buy a bike from these guys again. It was the worse experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely disgusting.
Recently purchased from Jenson , Alpine trail e, and am having problems with the Shimano ep6 motor I NEED warranty service and Jenson does not want to help me. I need your help to get this warranty service done, I’ve never had a bicycle break after 4 months of light use
this review is for customer service, or rather lack thereof. my order was delayed, and I had billing questions. I have emailed them so many times I lost count, but I have not heard anything back.
