What a lucky find today! My engine coolant light came on, and I just searched nearby on my way to work for an auto service. I happened upon Marin Motorsports haphazardly and I just happen to have a VW Taos. Mark was so nice, he actually refilled my coolant on the spot at no charge, even though I wasn't an existing customer and he knew I usually went to VW Marin dealer for servicing. The entire experience - from the initial communication to the service and the repair - were so smooth and I was treated in a very professional, down to earth and respectful way.
