bought a 1000watt ballast for lighting, during the warranty period, it stopped working. contacted company, they told me to send it to them. I did, and three years later I still havn't heard from them, they would NOT return calls, emails, nothing. I finally got the owner Jason to give me a call. This was after I filed with BBB. Jason didn't answer any questions, told me to go to hell, and if I need to, take him to court to get my stuff back.
