After 11 years it was time for a pretty major maintenance package. More expensive than I’d wished but all I can say is my car is purring! I think the work that was done is amazing and my car is driving beautifully. I thought it was driving great before but this is a whole other level! It feels brand new.Thank you

On a long road trip, I was crossing through the Bay Area and suddenly got a check engine light/ loss of power… something you don’t plan for on a vacation. I am so thankful that the closest Honda Service center was Honda Marin. Matt with service was extremely helpful and understanding that we wanted to get back on the road asap.
I took my low-mileage Honda Element in for a comprehensive check-up and thorough refurbishment. The cost was over $2,000. Three days after the service was completed, my battery failed. When AAA came to replace it, they said it was as dead as a battery can be—couldn't even be recharged. Since Honda didn't find and fix that big problem, I'm concerned that other work they did wasn't very good, either.
