The staff were incredibly patient with me, a newbie to weight lifting. So very patient.
This is a great gym regardless of your level. Family friendly and it is inspiring to see Olympic lifters of all age groups working out and cheering each other on together. Coach Jasha and Coach Challen creat a fun, inviting and safe spot to train!
