What an excellent gym! The owner,Jasha is a world class Olympic weightlifter. My 15 year old son has been going here for 3 years and is now competing on the National level. More importantly Jasha is one of those rare youth coaches that truly understands how to create a constructive, encouraging, healthy learning environment in youth sports. It’s not just about the World class technical skills but also about learning autonomy, responsibility, and respect. I am so grateful our family found him!
