Absolutely fabulous staff, starting from the call with Tam to check in to having Andrea as my mammogram nurse. Andrea put me at ease and was extremely professional and positive, they are lucky to have her. Michelle, my sonogram specialist, was great (I believe that’s her name, she has dark hair). I was hesitant to go here, what with reading some of these reviews. I’m not sure what those are all about, they don’t reflect my experience at all. The staff is exceptional as of Jan 2025. No one answers the phone to book an appointment. If you use the callback feature, it doesn't pick up the right number. When I put my number in, they don't call back. This is awful.
Staff was friendly and professional. They make you feel at ease and explain everything. It was the easiest fastest experience I have had. Highly recommend.
I needed to have a biopsy done and the staff at the Marin Health Breast Center were great. I had a bad biopsy experience at a different location 4 years ago and they were very empathetic. When I was upset, the tech held my hand as the doctor completed the biopsy. Overall this second biopsy experience went way better than my first one. I would highly recommend the Marin Health Breast Center.
