I have a 20+ year old elliptical machine that hasn't been used in several years. We needed to move it to a more accessible location and get it "tuned up" to make sure everything was working well. I called Marin Fitness Repair a week ago, and Carlos came out the same day to inspect my treadmill. He knew exactly what I needed in an instant. He then called the company for me finding out that the 3 parts were still under warranty, and I got them sent to me for free. He saved me over $1000 right there.
