We went for a very expensive consultation regarding IVF. We expected that we were paying that premium for an ObGyn with a Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Fellowship. It's a 3 year fellowship. It turns out the ObGyn we saw, Dr Brotherton, didn't do a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology which makes it very misleading to work in an IVF clinic. We essentially paid a very high price to see a regular obgyn.
Best service what I experience with clinics
Linda R office Rep is very rude! She is no help at all and disconnected the call in my face. She is extremely unprofessional.
Very obstinate front desk. Refuses to release results directly to the patient, and refuses to interface with the requesting doctor to get the results shared. Stated on the phone that they faxed the results, no longer our problem... of course receiving doctor has not received a fax. If you want to work with someone who takes patient support seriously, take your healthcare elsewhere.
This review is solely for Maria who works there. Please use better customer service over the phone. It doesn’t matter what your personal feelings are in regards to people’s accounts. You should not be so condescending on the phone. You have no idea what other patients have gone through…..
