I chose this place because they are open on Saturdays which is very convenient with my work schedule since I work 8-5, Monday-Friday. Dr. Arceneaux is amazing and so lovely. She is very thorough and does an awesome job! The receptionist is super nice and very helpful! Everyone I’ve encountered here has been lovely to work with! I was able to get my glasses from here and I love them. I was previously given an estimate of 2 weeks of when they would be ready but it only took them one. I had an amazing experience with Dr Arcineaux. She was thorough, nice and most of all extremely patient. She took the time to understand things that i was going through, my vision and asked me tons of questions that no other eye doctors have asked before. We talked about all the issues I have with my sight, dizziness and uses for glasses and never in my 48 years has anyone been so thorough and checked my eyes for prism glasses.
