If I coud rate this practice with a -F or ZERO star I would. They only care about their process and not the patient. They requested a scan of my thyroid before they would set an appointment, but refused to order one. My primary would not order it becasue they said this practice should order it. I undertand screening patients. but this practice doesn't understand patient care. Obviously they don't practice medicine with a high prority on the patient. Tried to make an appointment here- the receptionist completely insulted me and told me to go elsewhere as they were a specialist. Then she offered to send me a packet if I want to read it over and that I would not be able to get in. It’s was strange & absurd. I will go elsewhere. This gal should not be in customer service. Yikes! 10/29/21

Can't get through to anyone for days, then when I finally do get through to schedule an apt they don't have the Dr.'s orders that were sent over a week ago. I call my doctor's office and sure enough they sent them, not only that, I HAVE a copy of the orders myself, but for some inexplicable reason they have to receive the orders directly from the Dr. So, here I am a month since my Dr asked I get scans at Marin endocrine, calling every other day, waiting to make a simple apt... Horrible patient care
