Something is not right there. I'm going to try to get to the bottom of it. They are funded by the State.
Bunch of ball-droppers with poor and undervetted resources. 3 times I was expecting a call-back on open issues, and no call. Go elsewhere, you could do better on your own. They should be shut down.
MCIL has excellent, friendly and prompt customer service. I phoned to get some services for friend. Within two days they were at his home setting up a safe bathroom. The variety of services they provide are invaluable to the community.
