This is a Full Five Star review. Marcel is the real deal and the shop is a classic repair shop. Honest feedback, clear choices, quick service... I'm happy, the car is happy and Marcel is my new guy. UPDATE: Feb 2025. Third visit to Marcel, still A+++. I just looked at past receipts, many parts are still the same price as my first visit in 2023. Good stuff!
I came in to get a botched job from another shop fixed and was well taken care of. There was some urgency to it because the issue was causing my car to overheat and I couldn’t drive more than a few miles away. They fit me in as soon as possible, were super communicative, and properly replaced the part. They gave me a full work down of what the other shop had done wrong and gave me the faulty part the other shop had put in so I could get a refund. This is a great place to go if you are searching for a trustworthy mechanic!
