Marin Auto Works is an exemplary Mill Valley business.Chris is wonderful to work with, and after completing several service requests over the years has gained my full trust. He most recently replaced a belt and did a tune-up on my 2021 GTI. I thought l'd been hearing some clunking noises and he was kind enough to drive around with me today (at no cost) to evaluate what the sound was. Really excellent customer service and saved my hundreds $$ compared to quotes from other mechanics.
Had an engine issue on the Sunday, and thought it was only a minor problem. I brought it in to Chris and his team, they checked it and the found that vermon chewed all my engine wires and he said that hyundai don't have the parts anymore and said to order 2 parts for the engine. Once the parts arrived, they did the job the same day. I highly recommend using Marin Auto Works and I felt they were honest, high standard and did the job well and they went above and beyond to help.
