It was very difficult to explain to my provider, out of state referrals ( Idaho to Washington), I have copays. In udaho Idaho I don’t. She kept wanting to send me to Washington. I had to explain this about three or four times. I honestly don’t care for this place. Only came here because I had a lapse in my insurance. I several months, I will be ba k up post falls doctor
Went there looking for pain relief from my long term testicular pain. Pain is so intense, I had my left testicle removed, in an effort to relieve my pin. Had been prescribed hydrocodone and xanax for over twenty years. Doctor there would not even consider prescribing either. Said Suboxone is now the norm prescribed for pain. But it has ever worse side effects and hard to get off of, more addicting and does little for my pain.

If you’re a Coeur d ‘Alene tribe member, you don’t get billed, non cda tribe members get billed…what a discrimination! I will get an attorney to fight my bill being 100% I am native and enrolled in a tribe. My boys were refused braces because “CDA tribal members only.” I’d love to see them get a bill. When this goes to collection I will get an attorney to dispute the charges. Wondering why I don’t come here. Must be a special tribe member here. Can’t stand the BS from this place. My experience was so wonderful. First off EVERYONE from administration office (we took a wrong turn) to the front desk, to the janitor, to the dentist and especially the hygienists. Wow. Just an incredible staff you have. Such a warmth I have never felt in any medical field. We live in post falls which is a little bit of a drive, and there had been a miscommunication and I had assumed we had made an appointment for a cleaning, apparently at a new patient appointment they only take X-rays.
