I am extremely disappointed with the front office staff at Dr Moore. I recently called to request urgent medication, and the staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She actually yelled at me, which is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with matters of patient health and well-being. My condition required attention, but the staff member was dismissive and did not take my concerns seriously. My mother was a client of this doctor for years. The young medical assistant at the front desk should be fired. Rude, unprofessional, clearly hates ger job...unbelievably disrespectful..Dr. Moore needs to pay attention to the reviews written here and note this.

Very rude employee. Dr super nice. I feel bad for the Dr to have employee that are rude. That's a shame when they are the first they talk to before the Dr. Hopefully Dr Moore talks to her employee. If your not happy there then give it to someone that wants to work.
