Hard to find a good building / parking map so I found this in the police station.
Provides the most vague and limited information, then reception decides to treat someone new to the VA system like a dunce for not only being new to the system, but providing less than the bare minimum information. Thank you for letting your miserable life affect your work ethic, and making someone else’s bad experience worse! Very “professional”
