Avoid this place! The entire staff is rude and incompetent. We've been going here for 4 years, but we've finally had enough. Besides the fact that the rooms are old and dirty, we've had more troubles dealing with these people. After going there for 2 years with the same insurance card, they tell us we can't be seen if we don't have our insurance card with us one day.
