12:17pm After being lead into the exam room I was greeted by a technician/ hygienist Dawn who took the necessary x-rays (20 minutes). I was informed there was not enough time to clean my teeth at this visit & to schedule another appointment. Instructed that I was not brushing my teeth correctly with the OralB toothbrush. I want to start by saying I am not the kind of person who goes out of her way to leave a review, however this happened to be a rotten experience from beginning to end. I had to wait an hour just to be seen at both appointments. I was misquoted and double charged, again at BOTH appointments. The first appointment, I left in tears. The second appointment, left very frustrated. The people at the front desk are very much not on the same page. They care about their patients, the best bed side manners and attention to detail! ❤️ They are also true biological dentists with ozone and alternative pastes.
My visit was very thorough and carried out with detail and I was updated through-out on the actions carried out and I am anxious to see the future results of these periodontal treatments. Dr Jones has a wonderful team!
We feel lucky to have found Dr. Dewar and his team at HBD. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic, been searching for the best place for her to receive care. Without a doubt it is here. They do not take a “cookie cutter” approach to dentistry. Dr. Dewar was extremely thorough in his assessment, diagnosis and treatment. They truly take care of you from the moment you walk in, beautiful friendly staff, till you walk out the door. We will be transferring all our family dental needs to Houston Biological Dentistry!
