Michelle is amazing! She did a partial balayage on my hair. This is by far the best salon I've tried, and the only one I plan on sticking with going forward (I've tried over 5 salons because I get balayage's every year). The service is amazing, and Michelle is great at getting the perfect shade, even if it means doing multiple rounds of toner and bleach. Also, the pricing is better than anywhere I've ever been, with results better than everywhere too! Highly recommend. I'll be coming back!
I randomly stumbled upon them as a desperate attempt to find someone to fix my hair’s color right before I had to leave on an international trip. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience here. My hair came out very streaky, and the money pieces were overprocessed. I ended up having to go to another salon to have it corrected. I also messaged Marilyn James on Instagram to see if they could help fix it, but I never received a response. I’m including a photo of the result because I wish I had seen something similar before booking.
