Took forever to get a first appointment as hard to get in touch with. Finally got one and was for 8:30 at night. She did ask if that was too late but my teenage daughter wanted to go so we took the appointment. We arrived 10 minutes early and the plaza was pitch black. No stores open and no lights on in the door she told me was hers. We had to park on a dark side street and walk around frront. My daughter was a bit afraid as it was dark and the area sketchy.
