Dr Freots may be good but her staff is not Couldn't get a prescription renewed not once but twice. No one answers the renewal line. Showed up for an appt that was scheduled 2 Mos.prior In advance and she was on vacation. No one tried to contact me and change the appt. Had to have an emergency CT at the hospital that was ordered by Dr . It was abnormal. Called the next day and was told she was too busy to talk to me. Dr Freitas performed a hemorrhoidectomy on me at Tully Center Stamford Hospital last Thursday (6-10-2021) not only did she come late to the surgery but also at the end of my surgery I expected to see her and be able to ask questions about the surgery, but she didn't wait for me or reach out to my family to report about the surgery. There were only two nice nurses who took care of me but obviously they could not answer my questions. You have to read extra careful everything they ask you to sign in this office. The doctor tried to charge me for the expensive procedure, that she never did for me.
Great bedside manner, attentive and caring. Highly recommend.
